Founded in 2021, Avane Cloud Kitchens is the first and fastest growing cloud kitchen startup in Turkey. With its take-away and take-away oriented business model, it operates virtual restaurants created by itself on all leading food ordering platforms in Turkey. From the logos and menus of these virtual brands; Avane designs all processes from production to delivery and customer relationship management.
A large number of virtual restaurant brands emerge from a single kitchen, using the same raw materials and packaging in different brands and benefiting from the same kitchen equipment and employees. Thanks to this efficient model, it both operates the most efficient cloud kitchen in the world and can offer quality products to its customers at a more affordable price with the savings obtained. Thanks to the use of cross-raw materials and packaging, it contributes to sustainability by preventing waste at a high rate.

After a comprehensive preparation and R&D process, Doyuyo started to serve under the Pardo Food umbrella brand with its first branch in Özdilek Park Istanbul in 2019. Doyuyo, which has a dynamic infrastructure that allows rapid growth with its past experiences in the field of food and beverage, reached 10 branches in the first 3 months. Doyuyo, which prepares the fried chicken flavor that is popular in different parts of the world with gourmet marination techniques and original spice mixes without sacrificing the priority of high quality raw materials, quickly gained its regulars with its crispy fried chicken menus.
Prepared from baby fillet, marinated for 12 hours, covered with its own production coating, seasoned and then crispy fried, Tenders has become a flavor legend with its gourmet sauces complementing its delicious taste and its menu consisting of pesto cheddar fusulli, coleslaw salad and fried potatoes.
Positioned in a different place from the food court concepts since the day it was opened, Doyuyo has stepped out of the fast food category with its philosophy of good raw materials, excellent presentation and unique taste. Taking care to design its restaurants in a fast casual concept, as comfortable, warm and original places, Doyuyo offered not only good food but also a good experience environment for its customers with its a la carte menu and table service.
The brand, which meets its customers in different parts of Turkey with its 34 branches today, aims to reach 100 branches by 2025.
